The hospitality was the best part of our stay and we could not ask for anything better. The property is kept in the best condition possible, especially the gardens and pool area.

It has its own charm with the decoration and paintings, we absolutely loved it! The breakfast is freshly made by the owner, Heidi. It was nicely served and the portion is more than enough 😁 We really enjoyed staying there, and definitely would go back again! ☺️

The room was comfortable and quiet; the breakfast buffet and coffee and cooked-to-order eggs were all perfect. The location was a convenient 5 min walk from the Steiner Tor.

The check-in process was smooth, and we received our room key earlier than the official check-in time, which was great. Breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of variety to choose from. There was a minor issue with the coffee machine not working, but the staff addressed it immediately, which I appreciated.

One of the highlights of my stay was the room itself—it was exceptionally large and spacious, far more generous than I expected. It even had a full-size bath, which was a wonderful bonus after a long day of sightseeing. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, making the experience even better. If you're looking for a well-located, comfortable, and spacious stay in Melk, I highly recommend this hotel!
