We came to see the xmas markets and explore the city in November 2026. The location of the aparthotel was fantastic. Close to Stephensplaztz and the opera and the subway. It was superconvenient to get to other parts of the city. The neighborhood was great with tons of excellent restaurants around. There was a supermarket really close by as well as a pharmacy. There were a lot of boutique shops around for all sorts of things from clothing to jewelry to home items. The aparthotel itself was great. We didn't use the breakfast option so I cannot comment about that. The room was large, clean, and had plenty of storage. They cleaned the room daily. The staff were wonderful - very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place very highly.

Just a few steps from Vienna’s iconic State Opera and the elegant Kärntner Straße shopping street, Hotel Hotel Pension Suzanne offers classic Viennese charm in the heart of the city. Location, location, location. Situated within easy walking distance of many of the city's tourist sites and the central mall. There was a lovely bakery right outside where we enjoyed breakfast each morning. It is also 20 metres or so from the first hop-on hop-off bus stop. Staff were friendly and helpful, and very apologetic about the noise created by jackhammer work being done on the footpath during our first night's stay.

The room is big enough and has a balcony with nice garden view and bird calls. Good quality organic breakfast. 24 hours free coffee and tea at the lobby. Hotel is very close to metro station. Everywhere at the hotel is very clean. It is easy and quick to check in & check out. I recommend the hotel. If I visit Vienna again, I definitely stay this hotel. Some toiletries are missing such as cotton buds, cotton pad, hair comb....

Excellent service reminiscent of “old Vienna” – politeness, payment upon checkout with no deposits, valet parking, and the impeccable appearance of the staff. It left the best impressions. The hotel itself looks very stylish and cozy, with everything clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom stocked with excellent toiletries. Highly recommended for accommodation.
