Loved the remote check in, took the pressure off confirming an arrival time as I wasn't sure how late into the night I would be. I absolutely loved the location - didn't make it to the included breakfast as got pulled away by the many nearby local eateries but I loved the convenience of the location, the free parking and the easy/private access to my super comfy loft. It was a very lovely and relaxing weekend escape! The communications in the lead up to check in were also incredibly helpful and informative.

How amazing is this location, quiet and relaxing and a perfect night for our 40th wedding anniversary. Evelyn and Stewart were so accommodating and made our stay feel like we were staying with family. The breakfast was delicious especially with our glass of sparkling ❤️

Thistle Hill Guesthouse ligt in het hart van de wijnstreek Hunter Valley en biedt een rustige ontsnapping aan de stad. U loopt zo naar vele wijnhuizen en restaurants. Even in the winter off season, Thistle Hill offered the perfect location and size to host our party of 5 for a couple of days in Hunter Valley. Due to the short visit and weather we didn’t take advantage of being in walking distance to wineries but there were several along the main road. Hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful in arranging the bedding to fit our needs. They even set up the fire pit for us to enjoy our first night, which the kids loved!

I loved everything about this property, the owner was lovely and came to meet us as we got out of our car to show us the place and hand over the keys. The breakfast provided was beautiful, and they graciously catered to our dietary needs. The views were beautiful and the location was quiet and peaceful, but also close to everything we wanted to see and do. I would absolutely stay here again, cannot recommend it highly enough!
