Fantastic property just 5 minute drive out of Cobram. The owners, Donna & James were very helpful & friendly. The property is 45 acres with only 4 units, a tennis court, pool, golf driving range & fantastic BBQ area and beautiful grassed grounds.. The unit was very well appointed with everything you could want. Sitting outside listening to the birds etc instead of traffic noise was great. Even though the other units were occupied you felt that you had the place to yourselves.
Good breakfast provisions provided.

upgraded at check-in to a very spacious apartment, with everything that one could expect. very comfortable, very clean, all facilities available in the apartment. Good value drinks at Happy Hour, and restaurant with decent choice. Friendly and helpful staff all around. Good location near to Murray River and the surrounding parkland

My family and I had a lovely stay here in the cottage. The interior design was vintage-y and quirky, nothing like I've ever stayed in before, so it was a fun experience! The rooms were spacious and comfortable - great for hanging out with the family. Kym the host was friendly and accommodative. The location is great too - close to the main attractions in Echuca, restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries...

Beautiful room. Amazing spa bath and gorgeous garden area. The room service is amazing and comes from the 5 star restaurant attached to hotel. Very peaceful and relaxing. Great BBQ area and pool.
