The hotel was nice & clean. The room size was good. The staff was very friendly. We travelled with kids and we got rooms nearby the restaurant area where it was easy to go and get the coffee and/or tea anytime we wanted.

Second time we’ve stay here. Lovey hotel, a short walk from the centre, with easy parking at the rear. Our room was perfect, as the staff kindly put us in a room by the garden, as we were travelling with our dog. They even left her some dog treats and water bowl. Mons is a lovely city and is an easy walk away from Hotel St James.
It was clean and comfortable! The owner has a lovely restaurant below, so checking in was easy. We arrived quite late and were hungry so we had a nice Moroccan meal in their place, it was also handy as it rained heavily so no need to run around finding somewhere. The bed was comfortable and bathroom had a big shower!
