My wife and I recently stayed at the Kempinski Hotel in Bansko, and while most of the experience was exceptional, there were a couple of things worth noting. First, the breakfast was outstanding—easily a 10/10. The egg station was a standout, with fresh and perfectly prepared dishes each morning. The variety and quality were excellent. We were served by Darko during dinner, and he was truly exceptional. His wine recommendations were spot-on, and he made our dining experience special. Props to him for his impeccable service. The reception was welcoming and efficient, and the pool area was fantastic—well-maintained and the perfect spot to relax. However, one thing that bothered us was the lack of enforcement of the restaurant’s dress code. While there is a policy in place, we noticed people dining in shorts, and worse, some were even blowing their noses at the tables, but everything else was exceptional.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the shuttle service to the gondola. It was fantastic and always ready to take us after a leisurely breakfast. The convenience of this service made our ski trips stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend staying for an evening meal. The food is excellent and exceeded our expectations every night. After a day on the slopes, the sauna was a real treat. It was the perfect way to unwind and relax, leaving us refreshed for another day of adventures. Overall, I can't say enough good things about this hotel. From the great staff to the fantastic amenities, it truly made our trip memorable. We'll definitely be back!

Boutique Hotel Uniqato is conveniently built for skiers – right next to the entrance there is a ski closet that can also be accessed with a room key card. We got a free upgrade for a bigger room, personal was very proactive and engaged to help whereever they could. Bed was very comfortable - it was a pleasure to sleep. Clean sauna - very nice, not much space but felt exciting

The 2 chalets are built in wood and stone and offer a stylish ambience. The living room has a seating area with a sofa and a fireplace. A flat-screen TV with cable channels is provided. The well-equipped kitchen comes with a designated dining area. Each of the bedrooms has a private bathroom with a shower or a bathtub. We stayed in the room Acacia. We really enjoyed the large living room with the fire place. Despite the fact the house is so big it was always warm and comfortable. We really liked the food provided by the hotel. The garden is amazing for kids with many activities for them to play. We are looking forward to going back there this summer
