Only registered hotel guests have access to the on-site pool and waterpark and must wear their designated wrist bands to identify them as a register guest, this Calgary property provides free Wi-Fi. I love that you can book a hotel room that goes right into the pool area. I like the fact that I don’t have to go walking wet through the hotel. The staff are very friendly and they quickly checked me in. We enjoyed room service so we didn’t have to change out of our things.

Service and friendliness from all staff is incredible - nothing is too much trouble and staff go out of their way to ensure every customer is so well looked after at every encounter. Highly recommend this hotel for any traveller looking for exemplary accommodation in Calgary. I will definitely stay here again on any future visit to Calgary.

Just 6 minutes' drive from Calgary International Airport, this hotel provides an on-site restaurant and a free airport shuttle (5 am - 1 am daily). A 42" flat-screen TV is offered in each guest room. Shuttle bus driver and front office staff received full marks from me. Extremely passionate and dedicated in discharging their duties.

The hotel is about 10 minutes away from Sky360, and the breakfast buffet is included in my booking. The hotel staff is very friendly. I truly enjoyed my stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Calgary Downtown.

Location was excellent. The bed was very very comfortable. Staff was friendly. We enjoyed our time there. We will definitely stay in Hotel Arts next time we visit Calgary.
