Offering an outdoor pool and bar with a retractable roof and a fitness centre, Hotel Arts is located in Calgary city centre. Free WiFi access is available throughout the property. The staff went over and above and made our stay more enjoyable than I thought possible. We had a glitch in our movie and they comped it ans sent up Maintenance, who quickly fixed the issue. we had a do not disturb sign in order that we do not get housekeeping and then we got a phone call asking if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend Hotel Arts! The purpose of our stay was a girly staycation and have a pool day and the atmosphere in the pool is cozy and warm and totally met our expectation.

The hotel met all our needs. The rooms are spacious and friendly, the bathroom offers all you need for a stay (also hairdryer, toiletries etc.), The pool area is also great for some chilling, even though it is not to big. Staff was very friendly and the shuttle to the airport runs every hour (very convenient!).
