Το Hotel Spalentor βρίσκεται απέναντι από τους Βοτανικούς Κήπους, σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών με τα πόδια από την Παλιά Πόλη της Βασιλείας και το Πανεπιστήμιο. the room and shower were so clean. the pillows were soft, so we asked them for a little harder pillow, and they gave us a very good pillow in a 2 minutes🥰 the bed was so comfortable, the size of the room was perfect, and the view was awesome👌 the resepction girls were so friendly and kind and helpful, espical thanks to vivi( I am not sure about the full name😒) she was soooo helpful and always happy to help you🌸🥰 and the best in this hotel was the breakfast👌👌 . the location was perfect, 1 minute walk to the bus and tram station, and also you can walk to the city centre within 15 minutes 👌🥰 Hope we can come to switzerland again and stay in this hotel again 🙏🥰🥰

The Hotel Alexander is located right at the Messe Basel fairgrounds and the Congress Centre, a 7-minute ride from the centre of Basel. The tram stop is right outside. Free Wi-Fi is available. Rooms are big, nice, clean and comfortable

Το ξενοδοχείο Wettstein βρίσκεται σε μια κεντρική συνοικία της Βασιλείας, 200μ. από τον ποταμό Ρήνο, και προσφέρει χώρο στάθμευσης, δωρεάν Wi-Fi και δωρεάν σταθμό internet. The room was exceptionally clean, very well appointed. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the fact that they had blackout curtains. The staff was extremely helpful, smiling, and courteous. The breakfast was very sumptuous. All in all, an excellent experience.

Το Basel Backpack στεγάζεται σε ένα ανακαινισμένο ιστορικό εργοστάσιο, μόλις 10 λεπτά από τον κεντρικό σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό της Βασιλείας. Like probably most people, I came there mainly cause of the price and this was my first stay at a hostel. I didn't expect much yet when I arrived I got much more than (I thought) I paid for. Destination is great, right next to both a tram and bus stop. Rooms had many beds but never felt crowded. We all got lockers for our stuff. Whole hostel was clean and had a cool urban vibe. Apart from the showers, there was also a community stove, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board... everything you would need. Staff was super friendly. Everyone could take free coffee or tea at the lobby and the buffet breakfast was only 8CHF per day, which is cheap for Swiss standards. And on top of all that, everyone gets the Basel Card which gives a bunch of amenities in the city. Oh and also, the receptionist, on the day I was leaving, had a cool hat.

Excellent location outside main train station. 10 min walk from centre and Christmas Markets. Also if you are coming from Airport the tra sport is free with a hotel reservation. The hotel also gives you free transport passes to hop on and off the trams which are also outside the hotel.

The Central City Hotel Rochat is housed in a historic, listed building in the old town of Basel. We went for the Christmas market and the hotel was in a great location for this as we could walk to it in around 20 minutes. Also it is very close to the main tram stops

Hotel Schweizerhof enjoys a preferred location in the centre of Basel, next to the SBB train station and is easily accessible by car and public transport. Local phone calls are free. Clean, comfortable and convenient to the train station. Receptionist made sure our bikes were stored safely.

Situated in a historic building in central Basel, Euler Hotel is opposite the SBB Train Station. Guests receive a Mobility Ticket, granting free access to all means of public transport. Super convenient to the train station. The room was very comfortable, and staff were wonderful

The Hotel Krafft Basel and restaurant can be found in the heart of the city, right on the bank of the Rhine river with its Mediterranean-style promenade. Extremely friendly personnel. Beautiful clean place!
