Built in the 1890s, this historic hotel was one of the first hotels in Lauterbrunnen. The family-run Hotel Staubbach offers panoramic views of the Staubbach Falls and Lauterbrunnen Valley. It is located 600 metres from the Lauterbrunnen station and offers free parking and free Wi-Fi. Amazing view. The water fall in right hand, the valley in the middle, and the church in left. The beauty is out of this world. Kitchen where we could cook was a bonus.

The Swiss-style rooms are pleasantly and comfortably furnished. Most rooms also offer spectacular views of the mountains and the Lauterbrunnen Valley. The view is exceptional with the mountains and the valley seeing up from the balcony. The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was included, which is a big deal in Switzerland, and it was really good. The restaurant had an exceptional view as well. The town is brilliant, basically a village, and it feels super cozy. I would recommend staying here over lauterbrunen.

Cosy and relaxed Eiger Guesthouse is located opposite the BLM train station in Mürren, with a splendid view of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau Mountains.

All rooms are accessible with a lift or spiral stair. All rooms are equiped with TV, free wifi and with a hairdryer. The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive to all our requests. Their hospitality made us feel truly welcome. The restaurant service was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. The pizza, in particular, was outstanding! The room had everything we needed, with very comfortable beds and pillows. Once again, the staff was simply amazing, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Hirschen is situated in a 17th century landmark building located in Interlaken. This hotel features a garden and free WiFi throughout the property.

All rooms feature air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, radio and a desk. All rooms have a private bathroom. The garden terrace provides a splendid view of the famed Mount Virgin. From the cozy room to the delicious breakfast, everything was top-notch. The restaurant was exceptional, serving delightful Swiss traditional cuisine. Staff very friendly!

Situated right above Lake Brienz, the Hotel Brienzersee (Garni) offers superb views from the rooms and from the lakeside terrace, the Brienzersee hotel is only a 5-minute drive away from the centre of Interlaken. Everything. I think is not a single thing i would’ve change about this place.. the view from my room to the brienz lake was something took from a fairytale, breakfast was very great and staff were always attentive and polite. you also are like 5 minute walk from the lake i cant wait to go back!!

From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

Hotel Schönegg is a 3-star superior hotel located right in the centre of car-free Wengen, which is only reachable by train. Some rooms have a mountain-view balcony and the hotel features an award-winning restaurant which serves a variety of quality cuisine using fresh local products. Wonderful view. Absolutely fantastic breakfast. Best we had in Switzerland. Beds comfortable. THE VIEW

All of the modern rooms at this design hotel have cable TV. Some of the rooms have picturesque views of Engelhorn peaks and the Rosenlaui glacier.

Victoria - Alpine Boutique Hotel & Fine Diningis a 5-minute walk from the Sherlock Holmes Museum. The Reichenbach Falls are a 10-minute drive from the hotel. The city of Bern is just over an hour away by car. The attention to detail was remarkable—everything was just right. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the bathroom spotless, and the overall experience was refined without being over the top. We absolutely loved our stay!

The Grandhotel Giessbach is a historic house from 1874 and enjoys a secluded position on a hill above Lake Brienz amid a 22-hectare park. It offers views over Lake Brienz and the Giessbach Waterfall,an outdoor pool, 2 restaurants, one of which features a summer terrace. Free WiFi is available in all areas. The hotel was one of the best in terms of historic building, location, views, sophisticated behaviour of the hotel staff, excellent breakfast and dinner restaurant. All in all I with my family had an unforgettable experience and one of these days want to come back and visit again. I strongly recommend anyone visiting Interlaken area to stop by at least for a day and if possible longer.
