Este hotel histórico fue construido en la década de 1890 y es uno de los primeros hoteles de Lauterbrunnen. Charming old-fashioned hotel, with a beautiful view of the famous Staubbach waterfall. Breakfast was excellent, staff was great. There is lovley lounge area where refreshments are available for free till 10pm. The attic room we booked was small, but very clean, cozy and cute. We really enjoyed it! Wish I could have stayed longer.

Hirschen is situated in a 17th century landmark building located in Interlaken. This hotel features a garden and free WiFi throughout the property. Hermoso hotel. Cómodo, limpio, camas y almohadas cómodas, bien calefaccionado. Ducha excelente. Brinda la posibilidad de disponer de agua caliente y té en cualquier momento del día. Tiene servicio de laundry que resulta muy práctico (se compran fichas y uno puede lavar y secar su propia ropa). Buen desayuno. Excelente atención del personal. Está a 15 cuadras de la estación de tren (Interlaken OST) y a 12 de Interlaken West.

El Hotel Brienzersee (garni) está situado justo encima del lago Brienz y ofrece vistas magníficas desde las habitaciones y desde la terraza junto al lago. El hotel es muy lindo y ubicado en un lugar de ensueño . La amabilidad del personal era espectacular

I usually don’t write reviews for hotels, but this experience truly deserves recognition. Yannick went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

Breakfast and Dinner were much appreciated! Dinner carte aligned with fine dining! Afternoon cake is a great idea to welcome back guests after their daily outing! Superior room cleanliness perfect.

The Grandhotel Giessbach is a historic house from 1874 and enjoys a secluded position on a hill above Lake Brienz amid a 22-hectare park. Our stay at Hotel Alpenrose was literally spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the breathtaking location and the stunning views. Honestly, we could spend days just sitting on the balcony, enjoying the amazing view and the quietness. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable. But what truly set this hotel apart was the staff, who are exceptionally skilled, attentive and prompt in every way. Every detail was taken care of, making us feel genuinely cared for our entire stay. Dinner is an absolute delight. Breakfasts were delicious, but dinner was pure fine dining magic. Each evening we had a unique selection of dishes with flavors that complemented each other perfectly. We also appreciated the early check-in, the pick-up from the train station and the beautiful gesture of a packed breakfast on our early departure day. The lounge area itself is wonderful, cozy and full of charm. In short, everything was superb, at the highest level, nothing to criticize. We miss this place and can only offer our heartfelt congratulations to Ursula and Daniel for carrying forward the wonderful tradition of this historic hotel and for combining personality with impeccable service.
