The location was wonderful and the staff was so amazing and helpful.the room was clean and had all the needed items.

The few days we spent at Grandhotel Giessbach were truly like a dream. The hotel’s stunning natural scenery, historical architecture, and peaceful atmosphere captivated us from the very first moment. Everything was thoughtfully planned and flawless. However, one of the most important details that made our stay so special was meeting Kris Jungo, who works at the Front Office. Kris was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. He made us feel right at home. He patiently answered all our questions and enhanced our vacation with his recommendations, making it much more enjoyable. Kris’s professionalism and warmth were a wonderful reflection of Grandhotel Giessbach’s quality. Staying at this hotel is not only a peaceful getaway but also an opportunity to meet wonderful people. All rooms have a distinctive design and décor, ranging from classic to contemporary. Elegant interiors and spacious marble bathrooms complement the designs. Views extend to the Jungfrau, over the rooftops of Interlaken, or the nearby Harder. Anyone who complains about this hotel is just a little hard to please!

Quietly situated on the bank of the Aare River amid the Jungfrau ski region, HOP Apartments & Suites is 5 minutes on foot from the centre of Interlaken West and 15 minutes from Interlaken East. Free Wi-Fi is provided in the entire property. Just as shown in the photos, the view was absolutely amazing. The two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen made our stay incredibly comfortable (we were two couples). The hosts were kind, and the warm goodbye gift was a lovely touch. The digital key system also worked perfectly throughout our stay.

This family-owned hotel is quietly situated in Interlaken, 200 metres from the Interlaken West Station. Free Wi-Fi access and free parking are offered.

All rooms at Hotel Alphorn come with a flat-screen cable TV including international news channels, and small bathrooms with showers. They are decorated in marine colours with white furniture. Location is very close to interlaken west station. Very good customer service, breakfast is good and fresh. Staff in the reception are very nice, attentive and helpful. We like everytjing.

The Rössli is a cosy, comfortably furnished hotel enjoying a quiet but central location with a magnificent view of the Jungfrau massif.

Among the hotel's facilities are a garden terrace, a sunbathing area and a cosy lounge, where you can enjoy a drink in a relaxed atmosphere. The location was perfect and the views from the balcony were amazing. But the best thing by far was the friendly and amazing staff.
