Our group of seven travellers from India thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hirschen Hotel. Despite the small inconvenience of the stairs, we were highly satisfied with the services, location, and overall experience. The beautifully located hotel, combined with its excellent staff and delightful dining, makes it a highly recommended choice for visitors to Interlaken.

All rooms have a distinctive design and décor, ranging from classic to contemporary. Elegant interiors and spacious marble bathrooms complement the designs. Views extend to the Jungfrau, over the rooftops of Interlaken, or the nearby Harder. I really liked the property overall. From the room to the location, the food, and the staff — everything was top-notch. Truly a great experience!

All rooms at Hotel Alphorn come with a flat-screen cable TV including international news channels, and small bathrooms with showers. They are decorated in marine colours with white furniture. They provided us the best room, they have a good customer service. Room housekeeping everyday. Fresh fruits for breakfast.

The hotel enjoys an idyllic and quiet location above Wilderswil. It offers panoramic views of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau mountains and of Lake Brienz and features a heated outdoor pool (open April to October, weather permitting). The location is fabulous. It's the best thing about this hotel. The mountain landscapes are beautiful. Bus station is pretty close to the hotel and the bus timetable is reliable. The buses take you to Interlaken city centre very fast. The village of Wilderswil is very beautiful and safe. The locals are also kind and some even say hello when you walk past them. The morning breakfast was better than most hotels. It was very convenient and complete. The personnel of the hotel is really professional and friendly. The receptionist who checked me in was very kind and informative about the best areas to visit. The cleaning staff always say hello with a smile and cleaned the room very well. Job well done. The Rössli is a cosy, comfortably furnished hotel enjoying a quiet but central location with a magnificent view of the Jungfrau massif.

Among the hotel's facilities are a garden terrace, a sunbathing area and a cosy lounge, where you can enjoy a drink in a relaxed atmosphere. Very good hospitality and yummy breakfast. (I love their bread, the one like croissants.) Aaawww...Jean-Louis, the owner, is such a nice, friendly, and pleasant owner, always keeping his guests feel at home. He's the Gem of the hotel. 😉 I'm happy to see him every day during breakfast time. He checks everybody's "weather" to make sure we have a smiling face each day!

This carefully renovated 4-star hotel next to the Japanese Gardens dates back to the 14th century. The rooms at Hotel Interlaken offer free wired and wireless internet access, cable TV, a safe, and a work desk. An extremely beautiful hotel. The breakfast is elegant, varied and delicious. The location is fantastic, close to Interlaken Ost station. The treatment and services are second to none. We thank the staff for their hospitality.

The small Hotel Lötschberg enjoys a quiet location in the centre of Interlaken, only a 3-minute walk from the Interlaken West Train Station.

Hotel Lötschberg offers free WiFi in all rooms, free tea and coffee around the clock and free use of the microwave and the fridge. I really liked the hotel where it was sizable just to fit the both of us as a couple. Did not have much issues sleeping and we really liked the fact that the hotel was so close to Interlaken West which allowed us to roam around the city including the lakes with ease.

The rooms have a view of the mountains of the Bernese Oberland and include a flat-screen cable TV. The room was clean and comfortable, very warm and cozy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.
