I usually don’t write reviews for hotels, but this experience truly deserves recognition. Yannick went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Exceptional hotel, fantastic location, and top/friendly service!! Room was great, and nice attention from the hotel as we celebrated my wife's birthday. Quietly situated on the bank of the Aare River amid the Jungfrau ski region, HOP Apartments & Suites is 5 minutes on foot from the centre of Interlaken West and 15 minutes from Interlaken East. Our stay at HOP Apartments & Suites was truly enjoyable and comfortable. What stood out the most: • Clean and well-maintained furniture with a stylish interior design. • Excellent location right by the river, with a beautiful and relaxing view from the balcony. • Seamless access to all hotel facilities through the app, with no need for a traditional front desk – very efficient and modern. • The manager in the lobby was extremely professional and courteous, adding a warm and welcoming touch to the experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, tranquility, and modern convenience.

This family-owned hotel is quietly situated in Interlaken, 200 metres from the Interlaken West Station. Free Wi-Fi access and free parking are offered. The owner and all the staff we met are all nice and lovely. We’ll definitely recommend it to friends and family.

The hotel enjoys an idyllic and quiet location above Wilderswil. It offers panoramic views of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau mountains and of Lake Brienz and features a heated outdoor pool (open April... it was an amazing trip. the staff was very polite and helpful. the view was soo mesmerising and breathtaking. it snowed on the second day of our stay and there was a huge difference between the amount of snow in the city and at the hotel. would definitely recommend.

The small Hotel Lötschberg enjoys a quiet location in the centre of Interlaken, only a 3-minute walk from the Interlaken West Train Station. The desk clerk was super helpful and professional
