From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

Views extend to the Jungfrau, over the rooftops of Interlaken, or the nearby Harder. Anyone who complains about this hotel is just a little hard to please!

There is a bus stop at hardly 1 minute walk from the hotel which made commuting really easy. The best part is that the staff is super friendly & helpful. The breakfast had plenty of options (hot & cold) to choose from. In addition, the hotel had complementary coffee and cake in the lobby every evening for anyone to come and enjoy. The hotel and its staff had all the necessary information to visit the attractions in and around Interlaken which helped a lot.
