Hirschen is situated in a 17th century landmark building located in Interlaken. This hotel features a garden and free WiFi throughout the property. The property was lovely, quintessentially Swiss and yet modern facilities. Rooms had plenty of space and were so comfortable. We loved the property. Staff were so obliging and helpful. More than happy help with luggage up and down the stairs as there was no elevator due to age of building, The breakfast was delicious and we also dined in the restaurant one evening and it was delicious and very reasonable. Rooms were air conditioned and having access to washing machine, drier and iron for a few francs was great. Location very handy…. Bus stop right outside. I would highly recommend Hotel Hirschen.

The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Super friendly and hospitable staff. We had our room booked and paid ahead of time, but when the staff noticed that we were less than satisfied they upgraded us with no extra cost. Concierge team are professionals and they go out of their way to provide whatever assistance required. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

Este hotel de propiedad familiar está situado en una zona tranquila de Interlaken, a 200 metros de la estación Interlaken West. Ofrece WiFi y aparcamiento gratuitos. The hotel owner and her staff were absolutely amazing. Kind, attentive but not nagging at all. The breakfast was to die for. While we rarely take pictures of our food, we simply had to take a photo of the meticulously designed fruit bowls, containing all sorts of fresh fruit. The breakfast was simply outstanding. Rich, but not wasteful. The accommodation itself was precisely what you'd expect. Comfortable, not too big, but definitely not small. Note there is no AC, but considering it's Interlaken and the nights are cooler, that's not a problem, if you're not staying the whole day in your room. Finally, the hotel is about 3 minutes from Interlaken West, which is outstanding if you're going to explore the area with public transport. Thank you for your hospitality and making us feel at home. We will definitely be back.
