Everything was perfectly designed and well thought out from the modern architecture and interiors to the small gardens and the excellent breakfast. Very comfortable and quiet, with great value for money. The croissants and bread were outstanding! Location is also a big plus: close to the city center, the lake and, above all, the train station. A perfect stay.

Best hotel ever!! The lake views, the staff, the spacious room, the balcony, the restaurant (amazing Italian food with unbelievably friendly and professional waiters), the gym (again with lake views), the pool (right on the lake), the direct deck to the lake. There was a problem with the vent (smell from the kitchen vent reached the room). I told the front desk and immediately got another room - with an even better view. Such a combination of friendliness and high-end service. I want to bring all my family and friends to enjoy this hotel, and will definitely be back.

Situated on the lake promenade near the traffic-free centre of Lugano, Hotel Walter Au Lac offers you rooms with superb lake views. WiFi is free of charge. All air-conditioned rooms are renovated. We had an amazing view of the lake from our room. The room was big, the shower was great with an absolute high pressure of the water. The breakfast had a good amount of choices between English and Italian foods.

Great Business Hotel in Lugano. Nice team, sympathical and professional. Nice room with all the expected comfort. Quite, good bed... Excellente breakfast.

Benvenuti all'Hotel Gabbani, un'oasi di comfort e design situata nel cuore di Lugano, a Piazza Cioccaro. No tengo queja de este alojamiento: nuevo, limpio, bien cuidado, espacioso y cómodo. Abajo hay un restaurante-tienda con panadería incluida donde se puede tomar el desayuno o cogerlo para llevar. Está en pleno casco antiguo de Lugano, con acceso fácil a todo lo necesario. El personal es super amable, la recepcionista habla español y está siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Para los covid-cautious o gente imnunocomprometida que tiene que tener cuidado con infectarse de covid, recomiendo pedir habitación exterior, se ventila estupendamente teniendo incluso ventana el baño (al menos mi habitación) y el circuito de aire se puede apagar si se pide en la recepción. Si vengo de nuevo a Lugano, repetiré.
