Family-run for 150 years, the Boutique Hotel Balm is located in a green suburb of Lucerne and features a gourmet restaurant with fish and other specialities and offers free WiFi in all rooms. Staying here was truly a memorable experience, made even better by the outstanding staff who went above and beyond to accommodate us. I was in Lucerne to compete in the Swiss City Marathon, and they graciously prepared an early breakfast to fit my race schedule. Edith at reception was incredibly thoughtful, taking time to calm my nerves and ensuring I had everything I needed for the big day. It was the kind of personal touch that’s rare to find and so appreciated. The hotel’s onsite restaurant and Bistro were constantly buzzing with patrons, a clear indication of their popularity. Although we didn’t get a chance to dine in this time, we’ll definitely be trying them on our next visit. With service and atmosphere this exceptional, we wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else in Lucerne!

Es más lindo que en fotos . Teníamos vista al río y la habitación era grande y cómoda . El restaurante de la noche era perfecto

Esta villa elegante está en una zona residencial tranquila y verde de Lucerna, a 15 minutos a pie del centro histórico, y ofrece habitaciones sofisticadas con suelo de parquet y WiFi gratuita. Hermosa casona acondicionada, para recibir pasajeros. Es la primera vez que reservamos habitacion con baños a compartir . Pero todo supero mis expectativas : por la limpieza, la comodidad y el servicio en general. Habitaciones amplias y muy comodas. Desayuno excelente. El personal muy amable y siempre atento . Muy recomendable !!!

My stay at SeeHotel Gotthard was wonderful. The lake view is simply stunning, the staff are friendly and professional, and the rooms are clean and well-equipped. The breakfast was delicious and varied. We will definitely stay here again!

The Lubo - self check-in is located in the center of the city of Lucerne in the historic old town and only a 10-minute walk from Lucerne main station and just 200 metres from the shores of Lake... It was very comfortable and easy stay with smiling staff. Thank you for great hospitality.

The Hotel Muenzgasse Luzern is located in the Old Town, 600 metres from the the Lucerne Train Station and Lake Lucerne and features city and river view rooms. Free Wi-Fi is available. Wide room, great shower, friendly staff, good location. The breakfast was amazing: croissants, breads, orange and apple, eggs, ham and cheese, orange juice and coffee. It was a very nice stay!
