Llegamos al hotel y la atención fue excelente. La habitación era muy cómoda con una vista increíble. El desayuno super completo y delicioso. Realmente disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía aquí. Nos llovieron todos los días que tuvimos así que la tv con netflix fue un plus en nuestro caso. Las recepcionistas fueron muy amables, incluso nos prestaron paraguas para poder salir! Agradecemos mucho la predisposición y el empeño por hacernos sentir bienvenidos.

The Hotel Muenzgasse Luzern is located in the Old Town, 600 metres from the the Lucerne Train Station and Lake Lucerne and features city and river view rooms. Free Wi-Fi is available. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so lovely. We had a small issue with the self check-in, which a really kind staff member helped us sort out within minutes. They also offered to store our luggage since we arrived early and wanted to explore Lucerne before check-in time, which was super helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. We loved that the sink area was outside the shower/WC, it made it really easy for 2 people to get ready together in the morning. The beds were cozy, and the room had everything we needed, especially an electric kettle and mini fridge. The location is fantastic, it's about a 5–6 minute walk to the train station, 3 minute walk to Chapel Bridge, and located on a quiet street away from the tourist crowds, so we were able to get a great night’s sleep! We had a fantaastic stay here. A special thanks to the staff member who went out of his way to arrange a taxi for us at 7am to get to Zurich Airport - I forget his name, but he was a lovely man.
