El Piccolo Hotel goza de una ubicación tranquila, a 8 minutos a pie de la estación de tren de Locarno y del centro de la ciudad. First of all I would like to thank the couple working there for their help and especially for preparing the breakfast as a packed lunch for 2 days and the breakfast was made to my liking. The hotel staff are amazing the hotel is very comfortable. The breakfast was very good as well with wide variety of food.

The staff at the reception desk were very helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations. The breakfast is served in a beautiful room overlooking the lake with a full range of choices for breakfast. You can't go wrong booking this hotel. If we return to Lugano, the Walter will be our #1 choice.
