Big and spacious room for a family of 3! Very friendly breakfast crew. He to-pup the breakfast items as well as serve the family coffee/tea promptly. Lovely coffee and tea (served in a pot)!! Walking distance from Zermatt train stn (main train stn).

The entire property was amazing! We had a 4th floor suite with a balcony with an incredible view of The Matterhorn. The beds were extremely comfortable. The spa was awesome and included in the rate. The mini bar was nice as was the complimentary water provided. The hotel also provided robes, slippers and a spa bag for your convenience and comfort while enjoying the spa facilities. The staff were great and very friendly. We loved the included breakfast which was a fantastic selection. The smokers lounge was a nice touch and they have a small but great selection of cigars.

Hotel Bristol wordt door een familie beheerd en ligt op een centrale maar rustige locatie in Zermatt, tussen het treinstation en de Klein Matterhorn-kabelbaan. The staff were so friendly and kind! The whole hotel was so cozy, the spa was amazing! Our room was excellent with a super comfortable bed. The breakfast was wonderful, they provide so many options. Will be staying here again if in zermatt again

Located in the centre of Zermatt, Backstage Boutique SPA Hotel offers uniquely furnished rooms with open fireplaces and free WiFi. Opened in December 2010, it features a spa area. De Wellness was heel bijzonder! Het ontbijt was heerlijk en het personeel uiterst behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Geen standaard ontvangst bij een receptie, maar een oprecht welkom en een kleine rondleiding.

Hotel Capricorn heeft een rustige ligging in het autovrije dorp Zermatt en biedt een prachtig uitzicht op de Matterhorn. Alle kamers zijn voorzien van gratis WiFi. It was clean, in a great location and the staff very polite and always to help. Their spa area was top notch

The small Hotel Sarazena is located next to the train station in Zermatt and features a sauna. Rooms have an en-suite bathroom, cable TV and free WiFi internet access. I liked the hotel very much! Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, furniture made of wood. The room smells of wood. Excellent view from the window to the Matterhorn. The room is spacious. Very friendly administrator, smiling and attentive woman. The room is quiet and warm. Very clean. There is a kettle in the room - it's very convenient! Delicious breakfast. Very good location of the hotel - near the ski lift and the train station. If there was a free room the next day, I would also stay. I recommend this hotel for accommodation. Thank you.
