Clean, well kept rooms and facilities. Great front door staff. Breakfast is well provided, with coffee made to order, not a push-button system. Even the breakfast bag that Alf prepared for me when he learned I had to leave extra early in the morning. Definitely would return

I highly recommend staying here and will definitely stay here again.

The Château d'Ouchy is a renovated medieval castle with an original donjon (keep) in a scenic location in Lausanne, directly on the shores of Lake Geneva. Fantastic hotel on the lake in Lausanne. Very comfortable and clean. Lovely views. Great breakfast and lovely staff. Nice bathroom.

Many thanks to Francis for his unrivaled hospitality, thanks to which we felt at home. We were given a tour of the whole hotel, shown around and even given the choice of a room (wow!), it was really great! Very clean and comfortable room with a stunning view from the balcony (see the photos attached, 0 filters! :) ). The hotel has a kitchen where we could make ourselves tea or heat up food at any time. Amazing breakfasts, plenty of choice, everything is great! Francis, once again a big thank you!
