The hotel is a peaceful oasis with a warm rustic feel, more like an alpine lodge than a city hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was ample and delicious. An evening in they rooftop hot tub was a glorious treat, watching the light of the sunset on the volcano.

Spectacular views and an outdoor swimming pool can be enjoyed in Hotel & Aparthotel Monte Verde, just 5 km from Pucón. A sauna room is available and guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi. Gorgeous place, beautiful views, nicely furnished, very good breakfast, friendly staff. Great value!

We enjoyed everything. Rooms were large and comfortable, hosts were wonderful, and views unbeatable. This is a true gem and a fantastic value for money.

We wish we would have planned to stay for more than just one night. The room was inviting and the bed was comfortable. The small balcony was a nice bonus. What makes this hotel special are the people. We were well received and enjoyed all of the interactions we had with the staff. We were able to visit the cinema, and encourage others to do the same, as well the museum. Capitan Pastene and Hotel San Giorgio are places to be treasured in Chile.

Nice clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. They fry your eggs for you without an extra cost if you don’t like their regular boiled or scrambled eggs. The place in great location and friendly staff. I noticed the spare blanket was wrapped in plastic. That says a lot about the hygiene of the place.
