Location is good, in a nice & safe area. 15 mins walking to South American’s tallest building and its mall. The service was exceptional. Everyone was helpful, cared about your experience, and tried their best to assist you. Nothing to complain about. Will def stay here again, if coming back to Santiago.

Santiago’s historic town center is at 30 min walking or 10 min in public transport. The hostel was beautiful (decorated by paintings painted by the owner) and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful! The room was spacious and clean, and we felt very safe and welcome during our stay. The hostel was also easy to find and very conveniently located near many attractions / landmarks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This was one of the best hotels we stayed in Chile during our 2-week trip. The location could be a little strange in the night time outside, but absolutely safe inside. The room was great in terms of size, cleanliness and the amenities provided. The bathroom is very spacious. The design inside of the hotel and in the rooms is very special. the roof top restaurant was very good including the choice of food and drinks. The wine was great and the signature drinks were just amazing. The staff at the front desk and in the roof top restaurant were all great! The transport to the airport early in the morning was also with very fair prices compared to other 5* hotels in Santiago. All in all we definitely would choose it again for our next stay in Santiago.
