All together - very nice. Resort is beautiful, many animals to be spotted there. Nice spa area. Good and big breakfast.

The hotel is absolutely stunning, beautifully renovated. The pool and hot tub area is great with the morning sun. Big plus : super friendly staff.

Great place to stay after a long journey, travelling from the UK. We arrived very late but were warmly welcomed. In the morning we had a lovely breakfast in the beautiful garden. Thoroughly recommend, especially if you're looking for peace and quiet not too far from the airport. Extra bonus: our car hire company (Wild Rider) delivered to Pura Vida, making for a very easy departure.

Offering an outdoor pool, Hotel La Guaria Inn & Suites is located in Alajuela, just a 5-minute drive from Juan Santamaría International Airport. The best place in San José ! We were impressed by the quality of the service, the beauty of the place (Well decorated, access to the pool and AC) and the professionalism of the person who work here. We strongly recommend it, the bed was comfortable, the area safe, and we could find lot of shops, parks and families living around. The Breakfast is fabulous, with fresh fruit, coffee, tea, juices and continental option (bread, cheese, ham, jam, butter, cereals...)
