Quick to provide information and responsive. Our family was personally welcomed even though we arrived late. Gave us a real surprise - great cake, snacks and wine, as the local shops and restaurants were already closed. We felt welcome and really enjoyed our stay in these apartments - the beautifully renovated building and its ancient interior, the charming courtyard, where we could enjoy the warm March morning in silence. The staff-Robert, Vesna, Sylvia, Danica, Nikitas, Kristina, Alex, Pambos, Vicky, Ana, Christos, Valentina, & Dita -were truly kind-hearted, lovable, attentive, helpful and so considerate. Both the combination of all the proprietors and all the staff truly make the overall experience of the entire stay perfect. The lobby sitting areas in the evening are stunning with candles all around creating a warm, elegant , cozying air and lighting effect. Similar effects can be found throughout the beautifully decorated hotel adorned with flowers, candles, vases & paintings of horses. The lighting emanating from the pool area in the evening adds to the to the well thought of lighting throughout the property. The rooms comfortable, the breakfast abundant, the service impeccable.
