The lady at the reception made our trip truly memorable. She was so kind, always smiling, beyond helpful and always at our disposal. I’m sure we will return one day.

Excellent location - the very heart of Trutnov, very good staff - helped me to prepare the hot water for tea. comfortable rooms, beds, lots of small cosmetics. On the first floor of hotel - Irish Pub. Good breakfast.
