Μεγαλο, ανετο και ζεστο δωματιο, τεραστιο μπανιο, καθημερινη καθαριοτητα, πληρως εξοπλισμενη κουζινα με Nespressiέρα και δωρεαν καψουλες καθημερινα, καλο wifi, υπεροχη μουσικη απο ραδιοφωνο με το που μπαιναμε στο δωματιο (αν θελετε, την κλεινετε). 10 λεπτα περπατημα απο το κεντρο. Παροχη ολων των πληροφοριων, δωρεαν ωραιοι και κατατοπιστικοί χαρτες, καλο φαγητο στο εστιατοριο. Φευγοντας, μας χαρισαν για τον μικρο μας το κιτρινο παπακι-συμβολο του ξενοδοχειου που ηταν στο μπανιο. Παρκινγκ για τους πελατες. Προσωπικο πολυ εξυπηρετικο και ευγενικο.

Centrally situated in a quiet side street, this 3-star superior hotel is located between the lively St. Pauli district and the Schanzenviertel district. Very comfortable family room with 2 double beds which was hard to find in Europe (most family rooms have a sofa bed or bunk beds) Hotel was on a quiet street even though it was a short walk away from Reeperbahn. Easily accessible by bus from the train station. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also fabulous - and included eggs to order. They offered us a complimentary drink in lieu of housekeeping which we opted for - and I had the best wine from Beaumont Family Wines - wines that they exclusively import to Germany, in their cozy dining area. The gentleman at the front desk whose name I now forget, suggested an Italian restaurant Giovanni right opposite the hotel, which was one of the best meals we had on our 21 day trip! Highly recommend. Absolutely delightful stay and I wish I could have stayed longer.

I really liked everything about this place. It’s very modern, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The room was equipped with a small kitchen that had all the necessary supplies. The staff was very friendly and even let me check in a bit early since the room was already ready. I especially loved the area. I've stayed in other districts in Hamburg, but this one is by far my favorite. It’s a beautiful neighborhood with charming houses, lots of greenery, and the lake is just a 5–10 minute walk away. There are also plenty of nice cafés and supermarkets nearby. Highly recommend!

This hotel is centrally located in Hamburg. It is next door to the CHH Congress Centre and 600 metres from the Dammtor Train Station. Really good hotel if you're coming to Eurofurence, there's an underground parking under the hotel its 16€ a day. The rooms have a good size for two.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Super nice and clean room with two balconies, very close to the metro, cafés, bars and restaurants. Perfectly decorated and furnished, comfortable bed, even earplugs were provided.
