I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Hamburg. The rooms were cozy, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location is perfect, right near the train station, so getting around the city was super convenient.

I loved the hotel itself . İt is impressive how a factory has been transformed into such a beautiful hotel. The decoration , lighting and atmosphere all beautiful. I need to confess that I was not expecting to see art gallery and very peaceful meeting room . The restaurant also very good .

Centrally situated in a quiet side street, this 3-star superior hotel is located between the lively St. Pauli district and the Schanzenviertel district. Had a lovely 3-night stay in Hotel St Annen. We arrived with an early flight to Hamburg and the staff were very accommodating with storing our luggage until our rooms were ready for check in. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was fresh and tasty! Hope to come back next year!

It is very easy to reach the Rathaus building and shopping streets within walking distance. Due to its location, it is in a safe area that allows easy access at late hours as well. I stayed knowing that there was a construction work in front of the hotel, but I was not disturbed at all. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. (Although I don't know their names) I would like to sincerely thank the gentleman and lady who assisted me during check-in and check-out. The room was spacious, airy, and comfortably designed. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I did not have breakfast, so I have no opinion on that. However, I think it might be better if breakfast was directly included in the price, as it feels a bit high. Still, I have no regrets. If I visit Hamburg again, I would definitely stay here and I recommend it.
