The hotel has an incredibly kind and trusting attitude toward its guests. At breakfast, no one checks whether the guest has paid. There is no bartender at the bar — guests serve themselves and simply write down what they’ve taken on a piece of paper. On the staircase, there’s a large box of cookies on every floor, and guests are free to take as many as they like. This kind of approach makes guests feel truly great.

This boutique hotel is located on Hellerup’s main street, Strandvejen, 10 minutes’ drive North of Copenhagen city centre. It offers on-site dining, a fitness center and free WiFi. I was upgraded to an executive suite with a lovely view down to the water. The reception staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and even helped me solve a difficult and urgent situation. The hotel is situated in a tranquil and wealthy suburb, next to a beautiful park.

I liked everything about this hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, also I'm here for the waste reducing method they use. My room was spacious and clean. The rooftop is a great selling point, it was nice to sit outside with friends and chat. I'll definitely book this place again when coming back to CPH
