Fully renovated in 2014, the tasteful rooms at Stella Maris feature New England- or Nordic-style décor. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels is standard. Some rooms offer sea or garden views. The hotel has a beautiful location, we truly enjoyed the fresh air and stunning nature views. The room was cozy and very clean. A big thank you to the hotel staff for the warm welcome! We’ll definitely be coming back.

EngholmBB is located in a quiet area, 3 km from central Odense. Free WiFi access and free parking are available. The B&B offers studio apartments that include a seating area and flat-screen TV with cable channels. The property is beautiful, the grounds are well kept , there is a large vegetable and flower garden . It is very quiet there . There’s free on site parking which is actually the reason I chose Engholm - parking in DK is otherwise difficult and exorbitant.

Refborg Hotel is located in central Billund, only 5 minutes’ drive from Legoland Amusement Park. Local wine, food specialities and crafts can be discovered at the on-site gourmet boutique. Light meals and refreshments can also be purchased from the boutique's cafe. Smooth check in/ out, lovely breakfast, great location for Lego house and comfortable room. The best thing was the staff who went above and beyond- we had to leave early (7.30am) they booked us our taxi and opened breakfast early ensuring our daughter had all her Lego leaflets/ info. Brilliant.

The E18 motorway is within 5 minutes’ drive of Boutique Hotel Postgården. Ribe is 25 km away and Billund and Esbjerg are both 35 km away. The property is located 30 km from Billund Airport. What an amazing place, in a lovely quiet part of Holsted. Dogs are welcome, and we took advantage of the short nature wall by the park that follows a placid, pretty stream. The hotel has an eclectic decor, with themed rooms that are full of character and comfort. And they are incredibly spacious, many of them perfectly suited for families or large parties. We stayed in the Karen Blixen suite and it was incredibly comfortable and restful. The breakfast has no hot food options (beyond boiled eggs at request and a self-serve.waffle-maker), but it had a great selection of musli, jams, bread and cheese, deli cuts, pastries, and more.

Set in an old merchant’s house from the 1850s, Den Gamle Købmandsgaard Bed & Breakfast features individually designed guest rooms. Each is decorated with wooden floors, modern furnishings and contemporary art. All have a flat-screen TV, seating area and private bathroom. The room was of a very good size, almost Iike a living room with sleeping department. We arrived late, but got a nice welcome message from the owner which made us feel very welcome. You have to prepare breakfast yourself, but it is made ready and arranged in a small basket with nice and easy instructions, which we really liked. All in all we were very satisfied and would like to come back - maybe bringing friends or family.

This atmospheric hotel is set in a renovated 16th-century building opposite Ribe Cathedral. It offers both old-world charm and modern comforts such as in-room flat-screen TVs and free WiFi access in some rooms. It has been unique experiense staying at the Dagmar hotel. The hotel is not for disabled persons (narrow halls, steep stairs...)

Hotel Ansgar is within 5 minutes’ walk of Odense Central Station and the Kongensgade shopping street. It offers free WiFi, films and hot beverages.

All guest rooms have a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Some also include a seating area. Our 2 nights stay was comfortable. The room was in a quiet location, the beds were fine and the shower was good. We liked the fact that the hotel was situated within walking distance to the train station, Town square and eating options, including Storms Pakhus. The hotel also provided afternoon snacks (fruits, popcorn, cakes etc) for guests and a hot drinks machine. They were much appreciated after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommended!
