SwitzerlandWe stayed in a beautifully designed room with fantastic views. We loved how the guest house is desgined in such a natural way with the woods. There is a heater in the room, which kept us warm in the cooler evenings. In the evenings we could see the birds out of the big windows and on our spacious balcony. The owners are very attentive and helpful. They catered towards our special dietary requirements. Their friendly puppies were a delight.

Finca Chamanapamba was a dream! The hotel was so thoughtfully designed and had so much character, and you immediately feel relaxed when you arrive. We loved the wonderful breakfast every morning, and the company of the two hotel dogs Anya and Bobby who sat by us every morning while we ate. Taxis are $3 and ~10 minutes into town, and the hotel owners can call them for you anytime. There's a fairytale-like hike on the property too that takes you to the top of a waterfall. Overall a memorable and amazing stay!
