The elegantly decorated rooms and suites at Hiton Cairo Grand Nile come with a work desk, satellite TV and minibar. Each offers a modern bathroom stocked with amenities and a hairdryer. A bit dated and the location was hard to get. But the hotel was iconic with stunning views. The concierge staff were amazing.

Situated in one of Cairo's affluent districts- Heliopolis, Sun City Hotel - The Gabriel‘s design is inspired by classical era and is decorated with warm colours. It offers modern accommodation with free WiFi and a retail arcade. Very convenient location for airport. Only cost around £2 in an Uber at 6am in the morning so absolutely no need for shuttle run at £20. The place was clean, food was good, check in was easy and quick, the staff were polite, rooms have everything you need. The hotel is literally integrated into a shopping mall which provides entertainment at a stones throw distance. This includes about 5 floors of shops, a cinema, bowling alley and a little ice rink. Very nice place overall.
