Housed in a former merchant's house, dating from the eighteenth century, the Hotel Rolle boasts spacious and tranquil rooms, with traditional-style interior decor, including wooden beams in the ceilings and stone walls. The location is perfect, the owner is super kind and helpful, my room was huge and super comfortable.

This was by far our favourite of all the places we stayed at on the Camino- it’s off the Camino path but they provide transport from and to the Camino trail; the hotel is family run, and the place is well kept, with large big rooms, the dinner and drink service superb Manuel and his mom and girlfriend were most hospitable, friendly, and helpful!

But foremost wis the love and care that the host couple have put into this place. Their heart and soul is in it. They are warm, welcoming and very kind. They fetch you in Palas de Rei and drop you off the next day on the Camino route. The place is about 3 lm from Palas de Rei, making your next day’s walking shorter. The garden is beautiful with comfy chairs. My washing was done. Bit the most special was the love and care in the cooking. Montse’s food is unbelievably good and presented beautifully. Breakfast is a treat. I highly recommend Casa Blanco.

Located in Barreiros, 1.9 km from San Cosme Altar Beach, A Lume Manso - Adults Only provides accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. The property is non-smoking and is set 2.1 km from Remior Beach. The breakfast was excellent. , the parking is excellent and private. Wonderful hosts. Close to beaches. A very quiet nights sleep. Lovely bathroom and shower. We had a ground floor room with double doors that opened on to terrace. Insect meshes in the windows which is great and shutters too. Very tastefully decorated and attention to detail. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. It was close to a road but the traffic noise didn’t bother us. However earplugs were provided in the room.

Interestingly, each one of the rooms has been carefully decorated and inspired by legendary films, such as James Bond and Breakfast at Tiffany’s. In addition, some of the rooms have their own private terraces. The lady of the house was extremely kind and very informative The house and our rooms were spotless The breakfast was perfect
