The rooms are a comfortable size, everything is spotlessly clean and the breakfast is both delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Major sights and attractions are all within walking distance. A wonderful stay, highly recommended!

And the warmth of the hosts was unforgettable: we spent more than an hour enjoying breakfast and chatting with the owner, Roberto. Truly, the highest recommendations! 🌸

Carcassonne Guesthouse is a B&B located in Carcassonne. The property is situated on the river Aude and features a shared terrace with views of the castle. Cozy and tranquil guesthouse with gorgeous views of the walled old city situated across the road from a park along River Aude. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Good continental breakfast served by the owner, Patrick, himself. Perfect location: comfortable walking distance to both the old and new cities. Nearby to supermarket and restaurants.

Our room and the common areas were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The host was gracious and thoughtful. The breakfast was the best we’ve had in France. Also, there was parking for our bicycles.

The main house is a 14th century building where breakfast is served.

We loved our stay! The Cottage was very nice and nicely decorated, the pool and garden so quiet and relaxing, in the middle of a beautiful landscape of vineyards and the river. I wish we could've stayed more than one night! I would love to come back.
