location is amazing. the room we had was spacious and clean with a great size balcony. breakfast was amazing with options. and the Spa was lovely for a bit of extra R&R.

Right on waterfront of main town (st helier) walking distance to almost anything you'd need and easy bus to airport etc. Friendly staff, heaps of facilities like pool and sauna and restaurant. Easy taxi booking from their hotel reception if required too

We absolutely loved everything. The room, the staff and the prosecco as a welcome drink 😉. Breakfast was wonderful, fresh and healthy(a la carte and buffet) and very good quality. We were amazed about the really aggressive guests we saw arguing/complaining with the staff/management on the day we left (25th of April). But the management handled this really well with the wellbeing of the other guests in mind. We felt for them, these guests were horrible and very aggressive. Never seen anything like this so don't believe any strange negative reviews they are probably putting online!!
