In the heart of Edinburgh, a 5-minute walk from Waverley Rail Station, 28 York Place Hotel offers a lounge bar, free WiFi and bedrooms with views.

The hotel is housed in a listed 18th century Georgian townhouse which means we do not have a lift. We recommend guests who struggle with stairs consider a hotel with lift access. We are three Italian friends and we just stayed for five nights at this hotel. We arrived late at night due to a plane delay and they waited for us without any problems. The breakfast was plentiful and very good value for money. We received a family welcome and great helpfulness . The staff is very friendly and makes you feel at home. Thanks again for everything.

Situated in the heart of Edinburgh’s city centre, Malt House Apartments are only 2 minutes’ walk to the west end of Princes Street. The modern apartments have been converted from a whisky-bond building and come fully equipped with a kitchen, free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. We absolutely loved our stay at The Malt House! The location is perfect, not far from the main road where you can catch a bus or tram down to the main attractions. The place was spotless and well-equiped, super comfortable for our family of 4. Would absolutely stay here again when in Edinburgh!

Tigerlily is an award-winning boutique hotel with chic rooms, an elegant bar, nightclub and a restaurant. It is a 10-minute walk from the Scott Monument in Edinburgh’s most popular shopping area and financial district. Great location, very close to Princes Street and to numerous buses (including a bus from/to the airport and hop on-hop off busses), restaurants, shops. You could also walk almost everywhere. The room was very spacious and clean and the bathroom as well! The shower was really spacious and hot water would come out almost immediately and loved it! The bed and pillows very comfortable! There was a complementary bottle of water and shortbreads each day. There was a coffee machine in the room and nespresso capsules, so you could make your own coffee at any time (tea was also available). The staff was polite.

Set a 12-minute walk from Edinburgh Playhouse, Antler Guest House offers accommodation with free WiFi in Edinburgh. The property is close to Omni Centre, Edinburgh Military Tattoo and Royal Mile. Edinburgh Festival Theatre is 2.2 km from the guest house. The accomodation was just amazing! The room was big and bright. The owers were so sweet and gave us plenty of recommendations what to do on a weekend in Edinburgh. The location of the house is perfect. It's in between Leith and Edinburgh Center. Within less than 40 minutes of walking you are at Edinburgh Castle (to other parts of the city or the Royal Mile much faster). Also the Tram or busses depart almost directly in front of the door. To the airport it takes you around 50 minutes to 1 hour by bus or tram. For us, that was really convenient! All in all it was a 10/10 for us and we would come back anytime!
