The award-winning COVE Paradise Street are located in the heart of the Liverpool ONE development which offers a variety of shops and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff.. David been very helpful, and guided us very kindly whenever we needed support. We also liked the location and how clean our room were.

Centrally located in a lively part of the city centre surrounded by bars & restaurants. The location is excellent, everything is within walking distance – both the bus station (5 minutes on foot at a relaxed pace) and the train station (10 minutes on foot at a relaxed pace). A bus that goes directly to the airport stops just 20 meters from the hotel entrance. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful, yet there are still functioning clubs, bars, restaurants, and convenience stores open all night. The room is great, and the kitchen is well-equipped with all necessary utensils. A tip for travelers: check which adapters you’re bringing for charging your devices. We had to find alternative solutions because our adapters didn’t fit the sockets.

This place has excellent location, great breakfast included. The staff was very polite and friendly, room was clean. We came with an early flight and were able to leave our suitcases with reception. Excellent value for money!

Didn’t take full advantage of the breakfast menu but it was extensive. Sorry to see how Southport has gone down hill Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again
