Excellent choices for breakfast and staff very polite and accommodating.

We feature a selection of hand-selected wines, craft-brewed Scottish beers and cider and bespoke gins from all over Scotland. Very friendly staff, we received a warm welcome at the hotel. Breakfast was delicious.

Loved everything..from the friendly welcome to the lovely clean, comfortable room with a view. The breakfast and obliging staff was amazing as our family is full of picky eaters. The family cottage was also lovely and the children enjoyed having the freedom and the games supplied. And the Simba mattress is just what my husband would like for Christmas!

The property is actually a cafe with rooms on the second floor. The rooms were very spacious and had a king sized bed and two single beds. The toilet was also very big equipped with a large shower. Very comfortable room with just nice heating that was turned on throughout the day. We did not have breakfast there but the latte was very delicious and was purchased using a £5 voucher that was placed in the room by the kind staff. The location is superb as you can see the ocean from the window.

Situated on the picturesque Isle of Raasay, a 5-minute walk from the ferry terminal, Raasay House Hotel is nestled in a Georgian mansion with beautifully landscaped lawns. Boasting views across the Sound of Raasay to the Cuillin Mountains of Skye, the mansion offers luxury accommodation with free Wi-Fi, free parking, a bar, a café, and a restaurant. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was very welcoming and even upgraded our second room so we could stay next to each other. Our Deluxe Family rooms had a stunning view of the water and fields with grazing sheep. Dinner was delicious, and the interiors, especially the library, were truly impressive. Our stay was short but very pleasant — we would love to return and explore the island more.

Situated in the town of Pitlochry, Atholl Villa Guest House is a privately owned Victorian building, offering views of Ben Vrackie. It has free parking and retains many original features, such as open fireplaces and wooden sash windows. We were a family of six, with kids and teens aging 7 to 19, and we had a great time here. A beautiful home & garden, everything was spacious, clean and comfortable. The owners were so friendly and welcoming, gave us a lot of useful info about nearby trails. You can just walk out of the house, and within minutes stroll by the river with its amazing views. Breakfast was very good, and for the rest of the meals there are many cafes and restaurants around. We just loved it.

Each bedroom is elegant in style, and boasts picturesque views of either the surrounding countryside or Loch Feochan. Features include a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities, waffle robes. All rooms are en suite bathroom with luxury toiletries. Lovely 4 star hotel with sea views just 15 minutes from Oban. Very friendly local staff who gave lots of advice about the local area and wildlife. The rooms are quite large and comfortable with Scottish interiors and renovations finished in 2024. There are 2 lounge areas with a wood fire for use also in the day time. Breakfast was served at the table on the breakfast room (extra cost). The restaurant food was very high quality and good value with the same menu for lunch or dinner. Well located for walks and visits with the possibility of seeing wildlife although you would be best with a car. Highly recommended I would love to go back in any season !
