We arrived very late due to flight delays, but the staff was extremely friendly and accommodated our late arrival. They provided some recommendations of things to do in the area. Breakfast was phenomenal, one of the best we've had (and we travel A LOT). Their system works well to order your breakfast the night before to minimize any waste. They have plenty of parking and are easy to find. There is a wonderful park across the street and are easy walking distance to Molineux as well as the city center. The restaurant is undoubtably one of the best in the area, make sure to get your reservations in.

Special mention to Epiphany, who had been a great help to us. I highly recommend this place for their professionalism, accommodating and wonderful staff. We will definitely stay there when we come back to Birmingham.

Genting Hotel is located within Resorts World Birmingham and is next to Birmingham Airport, the NEC Birmingham and Birmingham International Station. Modern and spacious. Plenty of things to do … though we could only spend the night so really just used the room and one restaurant. The parking was very convenient. It was walking distance from the Birmingham airport (half an hour … so too far with luggage but good if you travel light).

Este hotel moderno y elegante está situado a solo 10 minutos a pie del centro comercial The Bullring y ofrece habitaciones con ropa de cama egipcia, WiFi gratuita y TV con pantalla de plasma. The hotel is in the business area and so it was lovely and quiet at the weekend. The hotel is stylish and established - lovely quality. We stayed in the hotel for dinner and the food and service was great.
