Featuring a restaurant and a pool with sun terrace amidst its palm-tree garden, Royal Sun lies within 3 km from the centre of Chania Town. It offers air-conditioned accommodation with free Wi-Fi and a private balcony overlooking the Cretan Sea and the town. We couldn't have been happier with our choice of a hotel! It's located a few kilometers outside of the center and the old town but this was only a positive thing for us - lying by the pool (a big and clean pool for that matter) it was actually calm and quiet with only some birdsong to be heard. The hotel also provided a free shuttle every half an hour to the center and back so the distance was not an issue whatsoever. The staff was a m a z i n g, I can't compliment them enough. It must've been the warmest welcome I've received at any hotel, in any country, and they kept being so genuinely kind and helpful for our whole stay. The restaurant upstairs offers you the best sunset view in town and we actually ended up having dinner there almost every night since the food was also great there. The breakfast buffet was so great as well, with a big variety of food and omelets made to order. If (and hopefully, when) I return to Chania, I will definitely stay at Royal Sun again.

Aphrodite Beach Hotel is located on the sandy beach of Mavros Molos in Kissamos. It features a swimming pool, umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach and offers free WiFi throughout.

Each with a furnished balcony with sea, garden or mountain views, the spacious units at Aphrodite Beach include air conditioning, a satellite TV, hairdryer, toiletries and safe. Everything about the hotel was excellent. Spacious rooms, good shower, comfortable bed. This time, we stayed for 3 nights and breakfast was always exceptional... Cretan delicacies, prepared fresh, taste fabulous. We'll be back for sure!

Everything was perfect, this is the best hotel in the city by far 🙌 with an excellent value for money

Air-conditioned rooms are equipped with pure Egyptian cotton linen and pure wellness or hypoallergenic rooms are available. Some units feature whirlpools. Easy to find parking, but still walking distance to the ceter. The poll was great to relax after visiting Knossos and especially the very friendly staff and amazing food.

This central Chania hotel is just 200 metres from the Old Town walls and the Venetian harbour. It offers Cretan hospitality, modern furniture and facilities, air-conditioned and soundproof rooms and a limited capacity underground parking. The hotel was fully refurbished in 2021. The staff was vEry friendly and extremely helpfull. Unbelievable positive experience

Within 100 metres from the city centre, Kastro Hotel is well-situated for exploring the ancient sites of Heraklion. It offers spacious, air-conditioned rooms with breakfast included in the rate.

Each of the rooms at Kastro is well-presented with modern décor details such as elegant wallpapers and draped curtains. Modern amenities include LCD TV and a mini fridge. Some rooms have either terraces or balconies. Excellent breakfast, very friendly staff

Located in the centre of Chania, Kydon Hotel is opposite of the main market hall and just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town and the Venetian Harbour. Meeting facilities and free WiFi Fiber in all areas are provided. I liked everything! The staff was super helpful and went out of their way to assist. Everything was clean and spotless. You even get free beach towels for the day and they can arrange excursions for you.

Just 300 metres from the centre of Chania, Porto Veneziano is an ideal base for your stay in this historic town. Fitted with geothermal air conditioning, the modern guest rooms are appointed with private balconies, allowing you to admire views of the harbour, the Old Town or the White Mountains of Crete. Although the property is ranked as a 3* hotel because of the smaller rooms, everything else is asking for a 4+. We had a lovely experience starting with the reception. The 2 ladies were so nice and attentive to all our needs. The same friendly and polite attitude from all the hotel staff. Breakfast was included, varied (fruits, yoghourt, salads, bruschetta, pastry, boiled eggs) and fresh. The room was clean with comfy beds. We really liked the room amenities: hair conditioner available in the shower, slippers, tea, soft napkins. We appreciated the free car parking also, as the harbor area is a bit crowded.

Located in Topanas district of Chania Town and housed in a Venetian, 13-century building, Hotel Off offers elegantly decorated accommodation with free WiFi access. A rich breakfast including local delicacies can be enjoyed daily at the internal courtyard. Unbelievably kind and helpful staff. Perfect location. Breakfast spread was incredible.

Etz Hayyim Synagogue is a few steps from Shalom Luxury Rooms Kondilaki, while Archaeological Museum of Chania is 100 metres from the property. The nearest airport is Chania International Airport, 11 km from Shalom Luxury Rooms Kondilaki. It was very central and yet v quiet. The room was clean and had what we needed.
