With respect to the local architecture, the stone-built Nereids Guesthouse enjoys views of the Saronic Gulf and Hydra Town from its furnished terraces. It consists of elegantly decorated rooms with free Wi-Fi. Amazing view! No noise except for donkeys, cat fights and birds, but we slept like babies. The bed is perfect! You can have coffee or a drink on the beautiful terrace with a sea view. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Cotommatae Hydra 1810 is housed in a 19th century mansion, only 200 metres from Hydra Port and the seafront with several restaurants and bars. Surrounded by a garden with a stone-paved courtyard, it offers traditional accommodation with free Wi-Fi. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The room was great and spacious. Great location in a quiet street. Amazing staff, special thanks to Yiannis for always being so nice and helpful! Everything was perfect! We surely recommend this hotel.

Originally a wealthy sea captain’s mansion built in 1810, the Hotel Miranda is a fine example of characteristic local architecture. It is located 250 metres from the port and 500 metres from Ydra’s main beach. Excellent and very nice hotel with perfect service, marvellous location, polite and friendly staff. This hotel is the best choice!

The traditionally built Hydroussa Hotel Hydra is located on Votsi Square, surrounded by lovely lemon trees. Due to its unique architecture, Hydroussa Hotel has been used in the past as a location for Hollywood films. The staff was really nice and super friendly. The room and the hotel in general was very clean. The breakfast had a wide variety of food and of very good quality. The hotel is well placed- not far from the port and no stairs to reach it Overall, I would fully recommend Hydroussa!

A buffet breakfast enriched with local products is served daily. Free WiFi is provided. Historic and beautiful hotel, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the decor is traditional and beautiful. We arrived at the hotel before check-in time, but they prepared a room for us. Breakfast in the beautiful courtyard was wonderful. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was a wonderful stay at Hydra, thank you for everything.

We got a few beach towels from Christos (brilliant) and on one rainy evening we found umbrellas in the hallway. Boasting magnificent views overlooking Hydra, the recently renovated Hotel Hydra is a turn-of-the-century building set in the heart of the island of Hydra. The nearest swimming area is a 5-minute walk away. We fell in love with the island and this charming boutique hotel. The view from the bed in the Junior Suite was insanely beautiful. The staff, especially the hostesses, was very friendly and helpful (extra grateful for the recommendations and care of Dafni). The breakfast was fine! The mattresses are hard, we liked it, but it comes to preference.
