The location of this hotel is amazing. We had a nice view of some waterfalls in the town but above it so it was very quiet. It's an easy walk into Rastoke. The room and bed were very comfortable. There is a seating area outside the room with a table and 2 chairs to enjoy the view. Ivana was very helpful with which spot to park in and gave some tips about restaurants. There is a water kettle to make tea or coffee (we brought our own items to make coffee). Plitvice National Park is about 30 minutes away. This area seemed to be the best to stay at to visit Plitvice. Ivana has several cats, one of which is very friendly!

Everything was perfect! The welcome was very warm and friendly. The owner gave us a tour of the house upon arrival: the spacious room with its private bathroom, the separate balcony where we could enjoy breakfast in the morning sun, and the shared kitchen which was very well equipped (including an Italian coffee maker and a large fridge). The room was large and pleasantly furnished, and the bathroom very comfortable. The shared kitchen was spotless. The balcony for breakfast was fabulous — sunny in the morning and sheltered from the wind. There is a large parking area right at the foot of the house. The accommodation is very calm, despite the proximity of the road.
