The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel truly at home. A perfect choice for visiting the park and enjoying some well-deserved relaxation.

A garden with barbecue facilities is at guests’ disposal. Guests can relax by playing table tennis or darts and there are some guitars which can be freely used. With all the lakes within walking distance the surrounding nature offers many opportunities for hiking. This place is very cute and the staff are very helpful with everything.

The accommodation units are located within the two separate houses. Breakfast was awesome.... fresh and tasty with many options even for vegetarians.

Enjoying a picturesque location only 400 metres from Lake Kozjak, the biggest lake of Plitvice Lakes National Park, the Etno Garden Apartments in Plitvice Selo are surrounded by a forest and lush meadows. Restaurant serves meals prepared with fresh locally sourced ingredients. The location was superb. Situated near the "unofficial" entry called either P3 or the "Auxiliary Flora Entrance". It's unofficial because the website doesn't list P3 but in any case Etno Garden Apartments is about a 5 min walk to this entry. No tickets are sold here. Just a hut that is manned starting at 7am to check your tickets. You will need to buy them online (recommended) or go to Entrance 1 or 2 and buy them there. Having them in advance though is key then you can just walk from Etno to get into the park. No need to deal with driving/parking. Last photo of map, I've circled P3 entry near Etno in red. Once through the checkpoint you walk down to the boat landing where you can catch one of the ferries to go to other parts of the park. I'd recommend uploading the Plitvice Mobile app (green background with a bear outlined in white) as it lays out different walking programs as well as info about the park and a good map. It's also easy to walk from Etno to the trails that are outside of the park but run along the top ridge. They offer great views during an early morning or evening walk. The other very surprising thing we found was their restaurant. We were not anticipating that we'd be able to find a decent meal due to the remoteness of the lake park. However Etno actually offered a great restaurant/menu selection with super friendly servers/service. We were there 3 days/two nights and ate every meal at the restaurant because it was not just convenient but delicious. The check in was great and easy. We arrived a bit early for check in but that was not a problem. Our apartments were ready (we were two couples, renting 2 apartments next door to each other) and the young guy that checked us in could not have been nicer. Also offering us good suggestions on how to tour the park. The staff continued to be attentive during our whole visit.

Villa Mukinja - Wellness & Spa is located on a quiet and peaceful spot in the centre of Plitvice Lakes National Park, a 10-minute walk from the lakes. It offers free Wi-Fi and free access to the Finnish sauna and hot tub. Food & service was impeccable; manager Asmir was available to help throughout our stay doing his upmost best to ensure all the guests had an excellent stay. Sauna & Jacuzzi where very clean & available when we needed them. I loved the local food cooked by the ladies prepared & served in a professional manner. The Villa is close to Plitvice entry point 2, a nice 15-minute walk through the forest, easy to find.

Plitvice Golden Lakes Rooms is located 1.5 km from the entrance to Plitvice Lakes. Set in a quiet area and isolated from the main road, the property features free WiFi and a flat-screen TV in all rooms. Place is in nature and so close to the National park. Staff is what makes this place. Nikola and Zaklina and other girls from Macedonia who work there are so friendly and they welcome us like a family. Dinner at the diner also was veey good. Great choice!

Featuring air-conditioned rooms with LCD satellite TV in an authentic wooden ambiance, B&B Plitvica Lodge is a 5-minute walk from the highest waterfall of the Plitvice Lakes National Park. The rooms have king-size beds and beamed ceilings made in oak wood. Everything was perfect, food was fresh, the host was very friendly and helpful. And very funny. Calm, quiet, and surrounded by nature, the Plitvica lodge was just relaxing and peaceful.

Located in the heart of Plitvička Jezera National Park, about 400 metres from the highest waterfall, Ethno Houses Plitvice Lakes Hotel features air-conditioned rooms with LCD satellite TV in an authentic wooden ambiance. The property is just off State Road 1. Perfect location. Just 8 minutes to walk the entrance 3 of the National Park. We got an upgrade to a very large suite. All in all, it is highly appreciated.
