You arrive in paradise: gorgeous Mediterranean villa surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers! The owner and staff are very welcoming. We spent time on the terrace where we also had a wonderful breakfast the next day. Our room was very spacious and clean with balcony overlooking the property and a window with a sea view. From the terrace you walk out on the private beach and can stroll for 10 min into the town center along the water. Everything about Villa Astra is perfect! We are very impressed! Would love to come back!

Beautifull view over cost, good breakfasf and comfortable bed. Great to have swiming pool during hot, sunny days. Long way to see and City center but thanks that you feel like you have it for your own, more privacy. Big plus for creation/ reconstruction this old, history place.

Completely renovated in 2020 and housed in an Austro-Hungarian villa dating back to 1886, this 5-star hotel is situated amid a well-groomed St. Jacob Park in the centre of Opatija. We had an absolutely delightful stay at Hotel St. Jakob in Opatija. The location could not be more perfect—right in the heart of the town, surrounded by beautiful parks and just steps from the sea. The hotel itself has a charming, historic character combined with modern comfort, making it both elegant and cozy. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, always ready with a smile and helpful recommendations that made our time in Opatija even more enjoyable. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. We are very thankful for the warm hospitality, the welcoming atmosphere and the thoughtful gift we received there. St. Jakob truly made us feel at home and added so much joy to our trip. We would happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Opatija.

Situated in Lovran on the Opatija Riviera, Villa Vera is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden. It has a glass-enclosed area with swimming pool and whirlpool, sun terrace and saunas. Very elegant hotel in perfect location. Clean and gives homey feeling. Large rooms and friendly staff.

Only 50 metres from the beach and the 12-km long seaside promenade, Villa Eugenia is located in the centre of the mediaeval Lovran, on the Opatija Riviera. The review is for the luxury room with balcony, since the hotel gave us an upgrade room! The cleanliness is at the highest! The staff is welcoming and polite! The breakfast is great, made of fresh ingredients, very tasty! Although the hotel is on the Main Street it was not noisy. The spa is also nice, with affordable surcharge. Parking is secure, also a small surcharge.
