Nestled on a rock above the sea, Boutique & Design Hotel Navis - Small Luxury Hotels of the World offers an outdoor pool and a luxury interior. Navis is a boutique hotel with only 44-rooms. We stayed in a 1-bed suite on the 4th floor which is the top floor. The room is spacious, has a king-size bed, industrial modern style furnishings and an outstanding view of the sea. We had a bottle of Prosecco, water and a lovely bowl of assorted fruit awaiting for us in the room. I chose to include breakfast with our stay and it was incredible. In addition to the breakfast buffet options like bread, cheese, cold cuts, cereal, assorted juices, coffee/cappuccino fruit cups, prosecco, etc. Navis offers a separate menu with prepared to order options like omelettes, Eggs Benedict, avocado toast, sausage, etc. also included. See menu photos I included in my review. Breakfast is incredible and the chef/kitchen is very accommodating in creating options for dietary restricted guests. We had two vegans out of five people in our group and both were happy with the dinner meals that were prepared for them and the food available for them at breakfast. Lastly, which was pretty cool, our family in Croatia was able to pick us up in their boat from the Navis dock. What was truly impressive is a Navis staff person came down from the hotel to assist with guiding the boat to the dock and lend a hand getting us into the boat safely.

Enjoying a seafront position and offering a restaurant boasting sea views, Design Hotel Royal is located in the centre of Opatija, steps away from Angiolina Park. Beautiful hotel in a great location right on the beach. There is parking available within the hotel for a fee. Excellent breakfast for everyone's taste. Friendly staff who are always smiling and ready to help. Of all the hotels along the beach, this hotel has the best arranged and organized beach. All praise for the hotel. I would definitely come back again.

Built in 2013 and situated in front of a beach, the Bevanda Hotel & Restaurant - Unique Adriatic offers luxurious rooms with free Wi-Fi and spacious furnished terraces overlooking the sea. Everything. Staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was great and also the dinner.

Completely renovated in 2020 and housed in an Austro-Hungarian villa dating back to 1886, this 5-star hotel is situated amid a well-groomed St. Jacob Park in the centre of Opatija. Everything was just wow! First of all, I really liked that the hotel is small and cozy. The staff is super attentive and just pleasant people you want to talk to. Breakfasts… that’s a whole other story — fantasy on the edge of a culinary fairy tale. Very tasty! 😋 The beach is literally two steps away. Although the hotel doesn’t have its own private beach, you can either lay out your stuff for free or rent sunbeds - 25 euros for two with an umbrella. And they’re so comfy that I seriously thought about buying one for home 😂 The bed is truly royal - both in length and height! I slept like a lion on a throne 😄 There’s also a nice park nearby - perfect for evening walks. I sat on a bench in the shade, opened a book, fresh air around, birds singing… Romantic! Just don’t forget mosquito spray to enjoy it fully. Definitely recommend! 🌟

Only 50 metres from the beach and the 12-km long seaside promenade, Villa Eugenia is located in the centre of the mediaeval Lovran, on the Opatija Riviera. The accommodations were immaculate and well-appointed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style. One of the highlights of our visit was the breakfast. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, with a selection that catered to all tastes and preferences. Fresh fruits, delicious pastries, and made-to-order dishes ensured that every morning started on a high note. The staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The overall atmosphere of the property was peaceful and inviting, making it the perfect retreat. The location was convenient, with easy access to the beach or local attractions. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch accommodation experience.

Το πολυτελές Hotel Milenij βρίσκεται σε κεντρική παραθαλάσσια τοποθεσία στη μοντέρνα Opatija, στον παραλιακό δρόμο περιπάτου Lungo Mare. Glamorous hotel 50 meters away from the statue of Girl with a seagull. Staff was amazing, polite, but not pushy at any moment. Room modern and clean, view to die for.

Featuring a wellness & spa centre, the newly renovated Hotel Bellevue - Liburnia is housed in a beautiful Empire-style building, as one of the oldest hotel it is considered a local landmark. Great location, staff helpful and friendly. Room was large & loved the towel warmer in the bathroom. Large selections for breakfast. Our room balcony was a lovely relaxing spot to enjoy the view.

Hotel Astoria in Opatija was built in 1904 in the elegant Austro-Hungarian style, and after renovation in 2024, combining modern design and traditional spirit, it is offering beautifully equipped air... Great location, very friendly staff and delicious food!
