This was a stunning and well preserved boutique hotel, situated in the best spot in town. I was in awe of the history and the old architectural qualities. The person at reception (who I think was the owner) was also very accommodating. Breakfast was included (and from previous experiences, we weren't expecting much), but this had a wide variety of tasty and healthy foods as well as specialty barista style coffees.
