Located on the beachfront, KTM Resort Batam offers views of the Singapore skyline. It an outdoor swimming pool and a tennis court. Free WiFi access as well as parking are available. Great view and calming environment, great service, smiley staff and very engaged staff members. Food was pretty decent.

Famous K2 Food Court is just 3 mins walk and Grand Batam Mall is 8 mins walk. Service is also good. We were given a double bed room on 1st floor, we then requested for a higher floor, they gave us a twin bed on a higher floor and later housekeeping join the bed for us. We asked for more pillows at night and they provided at once. Value for money.
