Located on the beachfront, KTM Resort Batam offers views of the Singapore skyline. It an outdoor swimming pool and a tennis court. Free WiFi access as well as parking are available. The view was perfect. Nice staff. Very clean. Good structure, restaurants, and bars.

Famous K2 Food Court is just 3 mins walk and Grand Batam Mall is 8 mins walk. Service is also good. We were given a double bed room on 1st floor, we then requested for a higher floor, they gave us a twin bed on a higher floor and later housekeeping join the bed for us. We asked for more pillows at night and they provided at once. Value for money.
