Staff were excellent- friendly, helpful, professional. Always ready to help out and go out of their way to help us with our kids. Villa was lovely and spacious beds were comfy, private pool was great. Nice quiet location but easy to walk to shops, restaurants etc. Also loves the free bike rentals and shuttle service. Also loved the pancakes for afternoon tea included in the room price.wpuld stay here again.

The room was clean and spacious enough. The pool was medium size but clean. Breakfast spread was buffet with variety of choices ! Location was strategic along the nightlife of Sanur, everything was walking distance. Also not too far from Sanur Port. Value for money for our 1night stay !

The staff is lovely, the three pools is super convenient because of the warm water of the beaches. Everything is amazing! We loved our stay.
